On 16-18 November 2016, the International Academy of Comparative Law organised the Thematic Congress on "Enforcement and Effectiveness of the Law", which took place in Montevideo. The Hellenic Institute of International and Foreign Law participated in the Congress with legal experts A. Douga and V. Koumpli as rapporteurs on the topic "Enforcement and Effectiveness of Cosnumer Law in Greece".
