Τhe Hellenic Institute of International & Foreign Law is pleased to inform you that the second cycle of academic seminars for judges and lawyers continues on Monday, 17 January 2011 with the lecture of Elina N. Moustaira, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens, on: 

“Recent case-law in common law countries on the application of the forum non conveniens rule"
