In the forthcoming seminar for judges and lawyers organised by the Institute, Ms Ioanna Thoma, attorney-at law, shall present a lecture on  “Bankruptcy while an arbitration is pending: issues of applicable law”.

The seminar will be conducted in Greek and will take place on Thursday 14 January 2010 at 18.00 hrs,  at the premises of the Institute.
