On 11 December 2020, the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka, the Inter-University Centre of Excellence Opatija and the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity, with the support of the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung, organised the online international conference "Exploring Digital Legal Landscapes". The Hellenic Institute of International and Foreign Law participated in the conference with legal expert V. Koumpli as speaker on the topic "Online Mediation: A Trend that Came to Stay?".
