In the first of a series of seminars for judges and lawyers organised by the Institute, Mr D. Tsikrikas, associate Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens shall present a lecture entitled "Enforcement proceedings in the unified European area: prospects and problems".

The seminar will take place on Wednesday, 16 December 2009 at 19.00 hrs,  at the premises of Nomiki Vivliothiki, "Europe" hall, 23 Mavromichali str., Athens.  

The seminar will be conducted in Greek.
